GovBidReady is a software platform that aggregates and analyzes publicly available federal contract opportunity data from SAM.gov and related sources. We provide scoring, filtering, AI-assisted analysis tools, and community-contributed data including subcontractor information and historical bid records.
GovBidReady is an informational and organizational tool only. We make no guarantee that use of the platform will result in contract awards, revenue, or any specific outcome. All bidding decisions, bid pricing, subcontractor selection, and contract performance are solely your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your bids and contract activities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Davis-Bacon Act requirements, SBA small business set-aside rules, and self-performance requirements. GovBidReady is not a party to any government contract and provides no legal, compliance, or contracting advice.
By submitting subcontractor information, bid price data, or any other content to the platform, you grant GovBidReady a non-exclusive license to display, aggregate, and make available that content to other subscribers. You represent that you have the right to submit this information and that it does not violate any confidentiality obligation or third-party rights.
Contract opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify contract details directly on SAM.gov before submitting any bid.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovBidReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including lost profits, lost contracts, or bid failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold GovBidReady harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
